Tuulehaldja Homes comprises three energy class A terraced buildings and ten homes. This page summarises the purchase process, price, financing and handover principles.
Purchase process
- Choose a suitable home from the price list and request details from the sales representative.
- A reservation fee of EUR 5,000 is paid when the reservation agreement is signed.
- The notarised purchase agreement is signed within 30 days of reservation.
- The reservation fee is credited toward the purchase price in full.
The sale price includes
- VAT and the notary fees for the purchase agreement.
- An energy class A home with an air-to-water heat pump, room-controlled hydronic underfloor heating and heat-recovery ventilation.
- Roof-mounted solar panels and readiness for cooling.
- Central water and sewerage, electrical installation, fibre readiness and internal data cabling.
- Materials and sanitary fittings from the selected interior package according to the project specification.
Payment and financing
- The purchase price can be paid from equity or financed with a home loan.
- The current price and sales status of each home are shown in the price list.

Handover and warranty
- The home is handed over with an inspection report after the full purchase price has been received.
- The construction warranty is valid for two years from handover of the keys.
- Equipment and finishing materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
- The layout, interior package and other details of the selected home are confirmed with the sales representative before signing.
